The Process

1. Consult with a mortgage person. This is very easy in today's world of technology. You can call a mortgage person, go to their website and submit a form for pre-qualification, or meet in person with a lender. In all cases, a preliminary pre-qualification can be done very quickly, typically in the same day.
2. Now that you know your price range, you can start honing in on the perfect home for you, using our great search tools to set up features that give you only what you want without showing you properties that do not meet your needs. Saving a search also allows you to see new listings as they come available, which is a valuable asset in this real estate market because homes tend to get sold quickly when they are in a high demand area.
