Doug McAnally is the Broker of RCP Realty Group and the co-owner of Your Birmingham Home Finder. The goal of the website is simple - to make your home buying or selling process easier. He is very involved in day to day operations and still actively works with buyer and sellers. Doug has been in the real estate business for 10 years now and loves that he can help people and make a difference. Before real estate and after school, he started his journey into the work place as a bread man for Smith's Bakery. He worked his way up to supervisor and, after 15 years, he moved on to UniFirst Corporation as a route driver. He was promoted several times over the next 15 years until he reach the position of General Manager where he stayed until he decided to exit the corporate world and enter business for himself as a Realtor. This work experience gave him extensive knowledge on customer service and negotiating contracts. After moving several times through the years and dealing with several different real estate agents, he knew what he wanted out of a Realtor and what he didn't want as well, which further helps him to serve you the customer. He sells the Metro Birmingham Area which includes: Alabaster, Calera, Chelsea, Clanton, Columbiana, Fultondale, Gardendale, Helena, Hoover, Leeds, McCalla, Moody, Pelham, and Pell City. When he is not working with clients, he loves to fish, hunt, and watch college sports.
